u need a brown paper grocery bag and a hot iron. put the bag over the candle wax and hold the iron over top of it. check it several times to see if it soaks through the sack. this happened to my brothers carpet and he called me cause i have home wisdom remedy books. hope it works for u 2.
Try some oxi-clean. I spilled some tomato juice on my tan carpet and it stained really badly, so I used highly concentrated oxi-clean and it came up no problem!

Keep a dry, absorbent paper (e.g., a tissue paper) over the stained patch on the carpet, and place a WARM (not hot!) iron over the paper for a few seconds/minutes. The warmth of the iron will liquify the wax, while the dry tissue paper will draw it towards itself and absorb it.
U might need to change this tissue paper with a fresh one.
I would lay down wax paper, then a towel or rag on top of paper, and take a warm iron over it.
