Tess Daly? If that's who you mean I personally think she acts rude and bad mannered to the guy who offers her a tray of snacks. Hardly a good attitude to show when trying to sell a product. Other than that I don't really know anything about the female.
I like Tess Daley, not necessarily in that advert, but she's very tasty. And her voice does seem a bit imposed, but isn't she from the North of England, which means that 3/4 of the population wouldn't understand her. And she appeared naked in the Beloved video - Come Together - just for your information!
