17th birthday, Ideas ?!

My birthdays next weekend the 18th. I have no idea what to do, I'm not even excited I want to have a dinner at my house and everyone dressed up (no jeans). But I didn't want one of my "friends" to go. Shes really fake and I just cant stand people like that. So I have no enthusiasm anymore my cousin really wants me to do something any ideas?

I really don't want to go out and eat I do that every year and I feel like when I go out everyone goes with their friends and I can't even spend time with everyone.

My parents will take me out that tuesday but I'm planing to celebrate it on the 22 what should I do ?

Its like I should be excited what should I do help ?
