Chevre (goat cheese) is delicious. You can buy it in flavors or with herbs or plain. It tends to be a little crumbly most of the time. It is a nice mild cheese. If you have not yet tried it - what are you waiting for. YUM! I tend to like the creamier version but the drier crumbly version is nice in salads or in pasta.
