Don't 'sit' around and get drunk, play some music, get everybody up dancing and drinking, and you could make it fancy dress, and like have a theme or something, and you could play loads of drinking games, especially ones that involve a dirty pint! XD one off the top of my head is Kings/Kings Cup/Ring of Fire (all variations of names for the same game) and you can just google it for the rules...

go to a nice restaurant which has a dance area
with all your friends. It depends on your budget really.
If you can afford a party then look for party places before it gets late or if your house is big enough
invite all your friends for dinner karaoke and sleepover
