I've also handstamped fabric using fabric paint and pig stamps -- you could do that on plain premade curtains. And I've embroidered pigs on kitchen towels, placemats, and napkins.

You might try www.ginnys.com. They have some cute stuff, and I can't remember of they have pigs.
Sounds like something you'd find on crackerbarrell.com or target.com.
Curtains are about the easiest thing to sew. Just a few stright-ish seams! I'd think the hard part is finding the fabric.
Do a google search for "pig fabric" and see what you get.
