Ideas for a not over-the-top 16th birthday?!
im turning 16 on feb 10th and i'm not planning a huge "Sweet 16" or anything huge for that matter but i obviously want to celebrate it some way..going to dinner with my family is too boring however..any other cool ideas?

just invite a few friends to a dinner at pizza hut. then perhaps you could watch a movie afterwards.
i just said this to another girl, but i would grab like 3 friends, get a room in a cool hotel with two double beds, go to a fancy restaurant in the hotel, and go swimming/hot tubbing later on.
