Baked zitti do I need ricotta cheese?
I am making 3 pounds of baked zitti for my sons birthday next week. I am using
1 jar per pound [francesco rinaldi sauce]
1 8oz cheese per pound
and 1/4 cup grated cheese per pound............will it taste good?? I am on a tight budget and didn't get ricotta should I get ricotta?? ALSO DO I HAVE ENOUGH CHEESE?? 8oz per pound?? TY
