sweeeeeeet sixteen themes and ideas?!
im having a sweet 16 with my friend, and we want something very fun and HUGE.
there are 150 guest within ages of 15-19. adults are separate.
and its not until march 12th.
i need a theme (possibly rave or hollywood theme) and cool party ideas, not just dancing. ( have a dj already)
theres no drinking allowed and im scared people are going to be annoying and not want to go because there is no alcohol (thats just how highschool is)
we have about 2000 - 3000 dollars, sooo PLEASE help us.
we want it like MTV but a little less over the top.

Book a restaurant or dance hall and let them handle the food and beverages and the door crashers. Have invitations but people need to bring ID with them to get in. Once people are in the building then there are no in and out privilidges - to go out and smoke a joint or do drugs or get drunk.
