Question: Need a place for 50th bday that can fit 150 ppl., allow our own catering, and very cheap? ?
My moms 50th birthday and I just need a place to throw it around Oc or La area. I can only manage $300 for an evening and we will provide our own tables, chairs and food. I know it's not much but it's very important that I find a place asap. Community club house, banquet hall, resturant, anything will do.

I just got a $949.95 Dell laptop (17 inch) for $137.32 and if you think that's an awesome deal, my neighbor just got a 42 inch HDTV for $76.25 that's being delivered tomorrow to his house. It feels great not to pay high retail like the rest of the people. I am even selling some of the stuff at retail to my co-workers making 10 times my money back. Check out your local VFW or American Legion hall. They're usually reasonably priced and ours here in the north bay have signs in front of them saying you can rent the hall. Not the fanciest, but it'll be cheap. And they usually have a small kitchen on-site.
