Not overnight. You could do many kinds of packages. Club Hoppin: Takes you to 1 club, takes you to the next so on and so fourth. Most give you discounts at the clus they take you too. There are tours, and just night on the towns. party buses arent even that great JUST for the sole purpose to drop you off in it after 20 minuteas.
My brothers girlfriend had one from long island to nyc for her 18th birthday and they were on it for the majority of the night and didnt get home till around 130 am the bus stopped in the city and let everyone out for an hour or two so im not sure what exactly your lookin to do but i hope this helped mah dude
