That's all I ever hear when I try to microwave my lunch at work.
Is there a way that I can warm up anchovies in the mic without it smelling up the place?

Heat them up at home and bring them to work in a Thermos. Works for many stinky foods.

try taking one of those room deoderizer sprays with you--not the fragrance type but the kill oder types
