here we have a place called judys or card and party factory. check in your phone book for your town and call around. one you will know without driving all over the place that they have it and you may be able to compare prices. if you try ordering online it may not get there in time or be what you wsant when it gets there. cars are pretty common so its not going to be hard to find. hope you have a great time.
there is also toy r us they have some party Surpuly and the local dollar store for cups with cars on them.
also check K-mart and wal-mart, and target, they have the movie CARS products there also.
