Go to a restaurant with some mates, before that you could go bowling/cinema/swimming/theme park/something else fun then have some of them round for a sleep-over.

How about pool party if your in south or some hot weather. Get every girls in your classmates to wear sexy swimsuit and have few cute guys as a judge and whoever win the contest will get one of your birthday gift.
