According to the Bravo website, they are holding casting calls for the next season. I would assume that it is a good sign there will be a season 2.

I read on the internet that it's still up in the air. Many of the chefs were viewed as way over the top and unappealing so it's still a question that should be answered very soon. Many shows are in limbo until the August or September.
