I am so annoyed....i have a recipe to make, and the calls for sour cream! I am making a CAKE.... i have no clue why but the sour cream FROZE in my frige!!!!!!! GRR ....is it still good??? If so how do i defrost it?? Need to make it now!! Please help! TY

Yes, just stir it up after it thaws since some of the water will have separated from the solids.
BTW it probably froze because you had it towards the back of the fridge. Some refrigerators are colder in the back where the air circulates.
