if it were me making brownies for a retirement center unless it was an all the time thing i would just donate them... i am not sure how many of the old people can have the sugar or the chocolate and it is a sweet gesture but unless u r going to make a business of this i would just give them the brownies and hope they were appreciated.. hugs

charge the cost of ingredients plus twenty percent for labor. It's fair.
