Think things 'spacey', platform shoes (not disco-y), crazy colored hair, painted faces, men in 'skinny suits'. Anything shiny, shimmery, glittery whether it be streamers, lights, balloons etc.
David appeals to both men and women because he is so talented, but also has a unisex appeal.
In real life, he is a super successful business man who didn't pi$$ away all his money as a rock star, but rather took excellent advice early on as to how he should invest his money.
