How about the less known coffee shops? You know the kind. Where you go in and the coffee actually tastes good, the people are mellow, and the atmosphere isn't all yuppied out. Yeah, Starbucks has some nice frozen things, but the coffee is nasty and burnt tasting. Where I used to live the only people who went to Starbucks were total yuppie liberals who wouldn't be so bad if they would at least have their own opinions rather than regurgitating what their professor said or they heard on the news. I'm not sure what a Diedrichs is, but its a German name and if they serve actual German coffee I'd vote for that one. German coffee is the best, for the store bought kind I prefer Dahlmayer.
