Definitely beer. A few beers a day is actually good for you, but milk isn't fit for human consumption. Milk can make you sick and kill you, or at least shorten your life. Cow's milk is for calves. It is definitely not good for humans. It can cause a lot of health problems. I think it should be against the law to sell milk for human consumption.
