Sweet 16 party...help please? :)?!


Question: Sweet 16 party...help please? :)?
hey guys! so, I'm almost certain I'm having a fairly nice sweet 16. There's a place in the downtown of my city called "smokey joes" and it's an older, antique "old town" building. The downstairs is like "Southern Cooking" is what they called it, but they have a side entrance, with these realllyyyy pretty, wide,stairs, and then you go in the room, and there is a "bar" (soda's, coffee, and energy drinks of course!) and there is a fairly nice sized room, old painted black walls, with red accents, with a stage for a band/dj/whatever, and then we can have as many tables/chairs, either 4 person round tables or large like 8 person rectangle tables. Anyways, thats just some of the details, but i have 2 problems;

Problem 1: I am fairly..disabled. I have muscle disease and stuff, and I have a lot of trouble walking for long distances, standing for long extended period of time, etc. So there WILL be a dance floor, and lights and the whole deal. But is there something else, along with the dancefloor, that i can use to keeep guests entertained, but also not feel obligated to dance, or worse, left out? We have talked karaoke, and stuff like that, but i dont know! I need help, pleaseee? (:

problem number 2: i need a theme for the party. I was thinking peacock themed, but i dont know. especially with the black walls and red curtains.... lol. any help there would be welcome too! :)

I've always wanted to have a party at McDonald's but I cannot afford it...
It is honestly so fun...... you can:
* Eat Happy Meals
*Play in the "Play Place"
*Sit on cool chairs
* Sometimes they give you icecream :D
* Open your presents
* 3 is enough.. the fun never ends..
* Sit on Ronald's lap
* There's usually a special chair that has your age on it 8D
* A nice lady brings you a nice cake
* You get cool hats
*They give you goody-bags
* You can bring in things to entertain
* when I was little they gave out cool posters everyone can sign :D
The possabilites never end :D
My question for you: Can I come? I LOVE MCDONALDS PARTIES.

What about a flapper theme, with old time gangster stuff? That would totally go with red, white and black decor that's already in the room. For additional decorations, you could get some feather boas and print some black-and-white photos of you growing up to put up. You can always make non-alcoholic cocktails and serve in martini or on-the-rocks glasses. And instead of just dancing, you could have some poker and other gambling type tables. That's certainly something you could participate in without having to move much, plus it's entertaining for your guests.

First of all Happy Sweet 16 Birthday to you!!! It sounds like you are planning a very nice Party! I like the peacock theme or better yet for Black walls and red curtains you could do a Gothic Theme party would be cool. For my Sweet 16 they hired an Animal entertainer, it was cool people got to pet the monkey's alligators etc...they are fairly cheap to rent and people love seeing animals for just 2-3 hours.
