Go camping.
Find a field and hold a bonfire.
Rent a cheap motel room. (If you get a quality room you will not be welcome with the noise your likely to make).
Rent a warehouse.

You won't be able to rent anything where they'll serve you alcohol. Your parents might be able to, but can't you honestly have fun without alcohol? It's dangerous, illegal and you'll have to sneak it alcohol. Also, you and your family will be liable for anything that happens to the kids if they've been drinking.
