I mean the food Chili, like what you cook at a chili cook-off!!

Cincinnati style chili contains no beans (as is the case with any "real" chili) and is typically served over spaghetti with cheddar cheese on top (a three-way) or on hot dogs (a coney). This style of chili is unique to the Cincinnati area but is beginning to make develop a presence in other area of the Midwest and southeast.

Note: this is probably one of the only situations in which you can casually mention having a "three-way" and no one will look at you strangely.

May God bless and keep you.

would this be 1. chili as in being cold
2. chili as in the food
or 3. chili as in the cute little penguin?

sorry I forgot one 4. chili as in the country?

here's a good hot one for you or mild depending on your spice:
1 lbs of lean hamburger
1 lbs of jimmy dean sausauge with sage or 1 lbs of gound sausage
1-2 cans of diced tomatoes with jalapenos in them
2 table spoons chilli powder
4 jalapena peppers un-cut, but washed good
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
1 can of kidney beans 12 oz
1 can of pork and beans...go with me on this ( 12 oz)
1 to 2 strips of bacon , raw....acutally 2 is better.
1 can of mexican green chilles the small can.
1 to 2 onions videllia if there in season, or spanish oinion.
ok done with the ingrediants
brown the hamburger and sausage , add a small onion put 1 tablespoon of garlic, and 1 diced jalapena to meat while its cooking. drain the meat saving the juice on the side. sounds bad but keep up with me.
put meat in crock pot.
dice up onions, cut the raw bacon into halves
add all the rest of the ingrediants
mix well to get everthing together
put in 1 table spoon of flour, and pour in the juice from the meat( just enough to get the beans from sticking together) until the chilli is not thick and binding, you know, when the beans and the rest are more moving easy in the pot lol. then if you want dice up the other jalapena's and add...... serve it with crackers, cheese on top or add a little whircle whip to the bowl you serve it in, sour cream is good to... enjoy
