Why do you drink alcohol. Does it enhance your life, gives you courage/determination to deal with life's challenges. Do you drink because others do it and you are a follower. Does getting drunk, hang over a rite of passage- to what? What your truth about alcohol- why you drink?

Well I do like the flavor of it with different foods. Beer and chili, beer and tacos, wine with beef or fish. It is indispensable in cooking though. It does not do any of the other things you mentioned for me. It can make me cranky though! So I do not drink too much too often. My father and two brothers are all alcoholics though so I look at it with great suspicion.

Drinking takes my mind off of things that wont get out of my mind. The effects of alcohol calm me down and soothe my feelings so i feel okay.
I drink alcohol but certainly don;t get drunk. The two certainly do not have to go hand in hand. It relaxes me at the end of a day and I like the taste.

i like to drink because, that's part of life;) it'll too boring if there's no drinks while you're hanging out with your peers ya? but not to the point of getting drunk of course. you have to know your limits!
It's fun to seek out different types of wine, brews of beer. There are so many flavors from different regions and countries all over the world. A plant growing next to a vineyard affects the taste of the wine, and that is a beautiful, delicate thing. It also goes well with food, aids in digestion, and reduces stress (in moderation of course!)
to forget about people of our great war machine nation, money hungry, hippocritical, doublestandered asso all around us and even your neighbor to.
Because the more I drink the better you look.
