how can i describe cuts of lambs leg without being deceptive?!
A leg of lamb cut into 11 different individual portions all to be sold as the same menu item (pan-roasted, rare) without saying 'individual roasted leg of lamb' as it conjures the wrong image. (shank not included)

Roasted cutlet of leg of lamb.
Just say slow pan rosted leg of lamb. I would order that :-) with lots of mint yummy
