That's not easy because it depends on what you like. Wine Spectator is one way to find wines you like. However, I can suggest a few better places to look.
Try K&L Wines (www.klwines.com). They're one of the best wine shops in the country. You can search by type of wine and price to find the best deals. They have reviews of all their wines and several 90+ point rated wines for $10-12.
Also try Beverages & More (www.bevmo.com). They're a large retailer with plenty of online ratings and they even have a default search of wines with 90 points or more. You can narrow down the search by the type of wine you want.
Lastly, look at reviews by Robert Parker and Steve Tanzer. Both offer insightful reviews of all wines and have recommended values.
