Well it is true that what they say, location is the KEY to any good business, but also having a product that is good. What ever desserts that you can make best and stands out in a crowd is what I know goes best. I actually have a pie desserts stand that is very profitable, At first I tried different pies and took them to our local market on Sundays to see which pies sold the best. In the end it came down to the classics, pecan pie, and cheesecake (of all flavors) so that is what I stick too. Then everyday I throw in something extra, like cookies, or a cake, or puff pastries for a change. Also you would be amazed to see how many people actually want a piece of pie with coffee at 5 AM when they are heading to work! Since so many ppl stop by in the morning I even have added hot cakes to my menu.

Fruit salad with yogurts fruits would better for bussiness desserts.
Its easy & fast to make.
Excess fruits and yogurts can be used in other way also.

There is nothing as Business desserts. Go get a Cherry Pie and eat it.
