I'm throwing a party?!

Question: I'm throwing a party?
there's this guy who knows alotta people
and i guess you can say they are popular.

me and him are friends and we decided to throw a party.
i live in a private neighborhood, so its got like a gate and u need a code to get in
and the pool can fit about 15 people in, but beside it is like the tennis court and my neighborhood
is located where there are alot of trees and stuff.

there is going to be alcohol, and i'm kinda afraid that cops will randomly show up
or someone will call the cops, so i will talk to the neighbors and warn them about the noise and pretend its my birthday party.

but im still afraid because there will be alot of people and i've never hosted a party with booze, with pool and with that many people tbh.

what should i do?

Throw it somewhere else

If your underage, don't so the booze. If your not underage, just invite the neighbors and make sure that you are within the rules of the complex, then have fun!

invite less people and try to make it one of the best parties.

just have a guy be a security gaurd

Umm... I never actually threw a party before... but I'll still help. :D

Limit the alcohol consumption to as little as you can. You know, so nobody does anything stupid..

Yeah, but don't tell neighbors it's your birthday. Just say it's a welcome party or something :P They might show up with gifts and you'll feel insanely guilty...and when it's your real birthday.. yeah.

Make sure there's a lifeguard at the pool.

Don't invite TOO much people. In fact, the smaller the better (and the less cleanup and preperation you'll have to do.)

And most importantly, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE
(.cause you might spill your drink.)

LOL just kidding! But seriously, try not to get drunk or anything.

As for the cops, in case they actually DO show up, just act like there's no alcohol, and it's just a normal, quiet party...and don't let them see the people who are already high XD

Have fun! :D
