when i was 11 my parents threw the best b-day party ever!! it wasn't exspensive at all so we went down to the local park but first u have to book it! pre-filled water balloons with paint and everyone was wearing white and the paint was glow in the dark so after we went to a campsite and there was a water park rite in there we all went after that we went to a picnic area for lunch and the girls spent the night best party ever. my advice mabey a water part like soak city every ticket only coast 20 bucks for kids and it fun or something simple like pool party but just that and BBQ is boring !! hope this helped!
