What are some good party ideas?!
I am turning 14 soon. I cant have a house party because I dont have a nice house, its really small and crappy. Also we dont have alot of money so some ideas that are on the cheap side please. Thanks.

Balloons Could Be Purchased With A Cheap Price, Eat Home-Made Fairy Bread Instead Of A Proper Dinner, Drink Water Or Something Else, Birthday Cake, Lollies, Maybe More.
Although It May Sound Like It Involves Lots Of Money, It Doesn't In Comparison To Parties That Have A Buffet, A DJ, Etc...
