What supplies are necessary for a party?!

Question: What supplies are necessary for a party?
My friend and I are throwing an end of the year party. There will be roughly 40 people attending. The question that needs to be answered is what supplies are necessary? We need to make sure that we covered everything, and if you could, could you tell us anything extra. Such as unnecessary supplies that could be used. We need to know EVERYTHING.

Table covers, center pieces, plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, lots of Balloons, party bags/favors, confetti, streamers, food, invitations, cake/deserts, extra chairs, drinks, ice, punch bowls, i think that about covers it. Since you have quite a few people coming, you might be better off buying in bulk. FDP is a good resource if you need a good store. Enjoy the party!

Music, something to eat and drink, clean and tidy bathrooms, outdoor space to smoke, ashtrays, chairs, tables, available cutlery, telephone (for emergencies), first aid kit (if possible, you never know), mirrors, enough space for everyone, ice (for the drinks), glasses, someone to help with cleaning (you might need, or you can do it yourself), cleaning products, garbage bins, lights and sound equipment.

Hope I helped!
