i want to join a competition of the eating jalapenos, what are some of the pointers i shall keep in notion for be successful in the competition?

Terrible, *if* you can even do it. A competitive eater was on a tv special and admitted that he takes three days off from work after a jalapeno eating competition held on a weekend. And they eat far fewer peppers in those competitions.
