What is your favorite thing to throw on the grill?
I love steak, shrimp and chicken kabob's. I also love to throw on a nice piece of fish.

Ribs are my all time favorite, but I love a good pork shoulder and brisket and sausage and steaks and pork steaks and whole chicken and all kinds of fish and shrimp and squash and potatos and kabobs and we used to put fresh oysters on the fire and wait till they popped open...mmmmmmm...thats about it I guess!...oops I bout forgot about the wild hogs and deer backstraps...Yummmmmy!

Jerk chicken w/ chili habanero spices. Made a massive batch last night for 10 or 12 guests, just kickin' it on a Sunday evening. Good times.

A nice, thick porterhouse steak. I also like to grill marinated veggies like summer squash, zucchini, red onions and yellow, green and red bell peppers. Grilled corn on the cob is awesome, too.

I love steak on the grill also! Its so0oo0o0 good.
Short ribs plus 4 or 5 different cuts, like brisket, etc. All my friends say that I am very good at barbecuing. I think so myself. And some sausages to make sandwiches and start eating until everything is ready. Washing it down with a good Merlot.
