What are some types of finger foods for a Catholic Wedding reception?!

Question:

What are some types of finger foods for a Catholic Wedding reception?

This is the only thing that I am in charge of (besides the bill) and I need some help...please!

Answers:
Catholics aren't any different than anyone else. You could go as simple as cheese platters and crackers to hors d'oeuvres like chicken puffs, crab rangoon, and stuffed mushrooms.

vegeatable trays (carrots, broccoli, radishes, or anything that won't fall apart

Fruit Tray (apples etc etc)

Sandwich tray

CRACKERS with a spread

Pretzels, goldfish, chocolate-dipped strawberries, mints, etc.

you shouldn't eat fingers

It depends on what time of day (or night) the wedding is.. universal food items include: Little Sandwiches.. Fruit platters.. (canteloupe, grape, etc.) Vegetable Platter.. Cocktail sausages (with the little toothpicks).. Cocktail meatballs.. Spinach and artichoke dip.. etc.. there are a million websites on this sort of thing.

Depends on if yo uare doing thig syourself, ot having it done, want hot or cold things, etc. A few ideas that are good:

Proscuitto wrapped melon
Cherry tomatoes stuffed with herbed cream cheese
Fruit Kabobs
Chocolate dipped strawberries

Bacon wrapped scallops
Chicken Satays
Spinach Artichoke Dip

Mini ham and turkey sandwiches

shrimp cocktail
mini quiches
crudite
chicken satay

Warm and cold pasta dishes go a long way and can be prepared ahead. Don't just have finger foods if you're going to have plates it takes a lot more money to do these and time. If you don't want to do it yourself, go to Sam's they have lots of finger foods in the frozen food dept.
