I like cheese too much. I seriously could eat it all day long, but that's not too good for me. I like fresh mozzarella, muenster, brie, smoked gouda, and jarlsburg the best. Mmmm, cheese. Now I'm hungry.
Yes and No. I like most cheeses but I've found that I can't stomach goat cheese. I'm not sure why. I think it leaves a funny taste in my mouth that lingers just a little too long. I love havarti and gouda the best.
