im loud and love animals and sports. i want to get out of the house but nothing outside since it is winter i am inviting a mixture of boys and girls so nothing to girly or to boyish either i live in the suberbs so any wheres possible in st paul minnesota close to minneapolis. got any party ideas or themes????

Have a rave party! Black lights, so whatever is white glows neon colors, have neon colored theme everywhere, and just have a whole supply off glow sticks, so when u turn off the lights, it'll be a blast! Happy Birthday!
maybe a 70'S OR 80'S theme where people dress up. You could have the 70's one at a skating rink.
