Answers:

OMG. I used to drink coke like water. 3 litres a day for years. Coke coke coke. I hated anything else. I gained a lot of weight and had so much calcium build up on my teeth, they were like, deteriating. I reduced the ammount of soda I drank to 3 a week, 2 a week, 1 a week, 1 every 2 weeks. And every now and then I'd have club soda to for the carbonation and everything. But I'm begging you, please stop now. It's sooooo bad for your teeth, health, and weight. I had to get crowns on my teeth and still have weak enamel. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
Good luck!

SOBE makes a great product called LifeWater. They are zero calories and they don't have that "diet" after taste. Plus they are made with Truvia. (made from a naturally sweet plant called Stevia) so you aren't getting a dose of chemicals like you do with aspartame and saccharine.
If it's the bubbles you crave, just add carbonated water to your low calorie drink of choice.

Limit yourself to one soda a day, then after a couple weeks of that, make it one every two days, then keep making it less and less until you only have it once a year or something.

cut it all together, drink water

allow yourself a softdrink once a weekend

just go cold turkey

maybe switch to a different drink like tea or water
