Sounds great! Consider using cottage cheese for the potato to keep the meal lighter but still yummy. I just made a baked potato, cottage cheese and onion thing this afternoon and it was really simple and nice.

Sounds like a great start! May I make a suggestion? How about a salad? Like a mixed green salad, feta crumbles, candied walnuts/pecans, dried cranberries and Champagne vinaigrette. Maybe some cheesy bread on the side? Or at least those crescent rolls. Or instead you could get a good crusty sliced bread and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make your side bread, that would be awesome.

That sounds lovely. Any chance of putting the recipes up? :p If your partner likes spices it seems you have a winner. If you are having this meal at home don't forget to unplug the phone to prevent distractions. Turn off your mobile and TV and tell everyone you will be buzy.

Have a lovely night

Sounds spicy! Ooh la la!

Dessert especially sounds wonderful!

sounds good but a little heavy with the meat and the stuffed potato maybe try a salad or rice instead
