Serve wraps - have bowls of different fillings like, julienne carrots & peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, onions, tomato, cucumber, shredded red cabbage, cooked chicken or beef strips, grated cheese, ranch, hummus, mayo - everyone can select & "build" their own wrap. or
Cold veggie pasta salad, potato salad, green salad, chicken wings, meat balls, stuffed eggs, selection of cheese & crackers, freshly baked breads, you could even make a platter of veggie crudites & serve with hummus.
