This is perfect for a hot summer day...Ceviche style shrimp and avocado tacos: (you may want to add another avocado to this recipe...can add or omit finely diced jalepeno...and use 3 limes or just 2....taste to season to your liking (and make enough for the party as this says "feeds 6" but you'll need more!)

This is also good on a bed of lettuce, too. (Or can be served as an appetizer with tortilla chips).

spinach artichoke dip wit french baguette
fresh fruit with that cream cheese dip
little sandwiches
gazpacho
strawberry walnut salad

just go for the plain steamed broccoli with melted butter on top.
