something cute and cheap would be giving everyone a huge over sized pink lolipop and like putting happy 16th birthday (your name) on the sticker! It would be cute and if you are already going somewhere like extravagent you dont need to spend a lot
How about a giftcard of any amount to the stores girls are into and a ltion from bath and bodyworks you could put it in one of those small baskets and put there names on it with puffy paint maybe put a pretty nailpolish in there to with candy have fun
