What does it mean when.....?!

Question:

What does it mean when.....?

when someone says that so and so has "crabs"?

Answers:
It means that they have a form of lice that generally likes to infest the hair in your pubic/private areas. Thia is also considered a sexually transmitted infestation...or it can be left in bed sheets, clothing, any where the person has been and may have come into contact with something in their crotch area. It is painful and itchy and can take several treatments to be fully rid of crabs. If you have them you should also treat your bed, cushions, blankets etc. since eggs can lay dormant and later reinfect. Just like head lice but a bit more embarrassing.

idk.

It's slang for pubic lice -- DO NOT get naked with them, or you'll get crabs too!

well someone could mean that so and so has the literal aquatic crustacean or a type of parasite which I believe is akin to lice in the pubic area

It doesn't mean they have pet crustaceans. Rather it means they have tiny insects living in their groin.

It means that so and so has a very unpleasant rash in some embarrassing places. It can be contagious. Also called "crabs," pubic lice are parasitic insects found in the genital area of humans. Infection is common and found worldwide
