Question: 18th birthday party HELP cant make up my mind!!!?
i turn 18 on a a wednesday and because its a weekday i really cant do much as family and friends work
so what is better

1) hire a hall and a dj and have family and friends over for a fancy dress party on saturday
OR
2) friday night go clubbing with friends and saturday night have family and 'close' friends over for a dinner with music

I like the second idea but that's only because if you're anything like me, sitting home that friday night will make you way too anxious for the next night.



hmmm well for my 18th i spent one day partying with friends n then the next day i spent it with family :)
i like the sound of the second one..having a nice dinner with friends n fam n then going off dancing the nite away....beacause if you have it in hall then you need to pay a bond and all that and you don't want to worry about mates ruining the place and remember you have to clean up at the end....but it just depends on the type of friends you have.

whatever suits you...just make sure you have lots of fun though :)



Well to be honest if i were you i'd probably go with option one because of the fact that the hall is yours, people would not complain about the music within the hall and you and your family and friends could get buzzed and dance the night away :)

U can always go clubbing with your friends once ur 18...so how bout hire a hall and a dj n party it out...its not everyday u turn 18...



I feel 2nd is good.
