Ideas for party foods for semi formal retirement party?!
We are already planning on serving a veggie tray, mini quiches, bacon wrapped scallops, mini beef wellingtons, south western eggrolls, shrimp, hummus, hot wings, assorted cheeses with crackers and a bread basket.
Those are the hot and cold appetizers. I'm looking for ideas for a main mini dish like stuffed shells, sliced roast beef or chicken kabobs as well as side dishes like rice, potatos, green beans but I'm looking for them all to tie together. Like if I were serving cornish game hens then stuffing and roasted potatos would go nicely.
Any other ideas for appetizers, sides and main dishes are welcome. What about drinks? I plan on serving red and white wines, beer, vodka, gin and rum with mixers. Of course coffee, punch and sodas will be available for all.

Baked brie is always a nice change from crackers & cheese.
