If you live in a city, plan out a route to barhop, with it ending at a dance club. Only get one drink at each bar. I did this on my 21st and had a blast although we ended up at a strip club. Also stop and eat midway somewhere with good appetizers so you have time to relax a little from drinking and talk. Post pics as you go so friends you know might meet you at the next bar.

I know 21's the legal age to gamble and drink right? A lot of people go to Las Vegas for their 21st but if you can't go (for whatever reason) then you could try and re-create a 'Vegas Scene' in her/your/a house or rent out a hall or something. You could make like coctails and get poker tables etc. It would be quite good fun i think :)

Hmm club/bar, dinner &order drinks, liquior store to get alcohol &have a party at a house or rent a hall even. Make yummy drinks, get a keg or ice luge. Get a limo if ya go out?? Whatever u chose Have fun &be safe!

i would go to one of the hottest clubs in town and buy nothing but drinks but make sure someone stays sober
