Question: What foods do people eat at weddings (besides cake)?
I am doing a story for writing class that takes place at a wedding, and I want to know some foods that people eat at weddings, besides cake.

A wedding can be a nice sit down dinner and as nice as surf and turf (prime rib and crab cakes), to fried chicken or finger foods. It really depends on the venue and the budget for the wedding. My daughters wedding was served buffet style with 3 different entrees (a beef, a chicken, and a fish), choice of vegetable, rice and/or potatoes, and fresh rolls.
