that's gonna be difficult...but only Phoenix Metro Area (including Scottsdale) or Tucson are big enough to have a chance...more likely Scottsdale, but even the cities in Arizona are not that big on good (true) ethnic foods...just middle of the road Mexican and Chinese...they FINALLY got sushi houses and a few Thai places...but Persian...that would be a big stretch!
