To Make a Radish Mouse:
You'll need two radishes, preferably one with a root that can double as the mouse's tail. Cut a slice off the bottom radish so it will sit at eye level with the tail at the back. For the eyes, place 2 small cloves on either side and slightly above the stem. For the ears, cut off the end of the other radish, then cut two thin slices. Make a slit above the clove eyes and place the two slices in the opening.

Tomato Rose: http://www.hormel.com/templates/knowledg...

CUT A SLICE ON THE END THAT ALLOWS IT TO SIT FLAT...NEAR THE EDGES MAKE A SLICE ALMOST TO BOTTOM ..DO THIS FOUR TIMES WHILE TURNING IT..THERE WILL BE A SQUARE IN THE MIDDLE CUT AN X SHAPE...SPREAD IT GENTLY...MAKES A ROSE BUD

cut both ends off the radish. Very carefully cut down from the top along the sides, almost to the bottom. Usually four or five cuts with do. It takes some practice, but by your third one you should have it.

White radish flower (Garnish)

For a simple flower garnish cut paper-thin slices across the radish and soak them in salt water (1 tablespoon salt to 1 cup water) for 20 minutes. This makes the radish soft and pliable. Cut each slice from edge to centre, overlap edges and curve to form a cone. Do this with 7 slices. Curve the edge of the circle back to resemble the petal of a flower. Place petals one within the other.

Cut the radish into 4 slits, then the top and then peel skin carefully to open out into a rose. Try www.radishdishes.com
