I need some ideas for a party?!

we have had costumed theme parties for our kids that always turn out to be a blast just make sure to write it on the invites. Also don't stress about the food make a round cake and shave it to look like a ufo. Then make green punch and float lime sherbet in it for alien slime. one great idea that my wife had was she got out the video camera and let the kids act out movie scenes while in costume and they had a great time and a great memory that we still watch from time to time. good luck
