OMG! So, this is only a California thing. I've asked friends out of state, and they've never heard of it.
1. Cotijas
2. Carne Asada Fries.
3. Basically, it's carne asada meat, thrown in with fries, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, & tomatoes. You can take anything out or add things like salsa, hot sauce, pico, etc. (They also have a burrito version, California Burrito, and a Carne Asada burrito without the fries)
People say it sounds gross, because of the fries. But once you try it, you can't get enough.
i got a chimichanga at a local mexican restaurant. it was amazing. inside there were beans, guaqamole, cheese,ground beef, and other things.
I make my own awesome chicken fajitas, with salsa, grated cheese and loads of guacamole!
Love quesadillas too, which I also make myself.
Chipotle pork burrito which has like everything in it.
